Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SiteLift website, preview links, and services. By using SiteLift, you agree to these Terms.

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SiteLift, LLC (“SiteLift,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website, viewing a preview, or approving a launch, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are using SiteLift on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.

2. Description of Services

SiteLift provides website previews, upgrades, and ongoing optimization services for service-based businesses. Our services may include website structure improvements, messaging refinement, conversion optimization, hosting, performance monitoring, and related support.

A preview of your upgraded site is provided before any launch. Services become active only after you approve the preview and request that the site be switched live.

3. Preview and Approval Process

You may review and request changes to the previewed site before approving launch. No changes to your live site will be made without your approval.

Once you approve the preview and request launch, you authorize SiteLift to deploy the upgraded version and begin providing ongoing services under the selected plan.

4. Client Responsibilities

To provide our services effectively, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete business information when requested.
  • Review previews and communications in a timely manner.
  • Maintain ownership and access to any required third-party accounts (such as domain registrars).
  • Use the services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

5. Fees and Billing

SiteLift services are billed on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise stated. You will not be charged until you approve the preview and the site is switched live.

Billing occurs at the beginning of each billing cycle. Fees are non-refundable for the current billing period once services have been provided.

6. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise agreed in writing.

SiteLift reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if these Terms are violated or if required by law.

7. Ownership and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your business content, logos, and materials you provide to us.

SiteLift retains ownership of its proprietary systems, templates, processes, and tooling used to deliver the services. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to use the delivered site as part of the service.

8. Third-Party Services

Our services may rely on third-party providers for hosting, analytics, or related functionality. SiteLift is not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services beyond our reasonable control.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive to improve site clarity and performance, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, search rankings, or revenue results.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SiteLift shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the services.

Our total liability for any claim related to the services shall not exceed the amount you paid to SiteLift during the three (3) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SiteLift from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
